What makes White Blancmange different from other listing sites?

White Blancmange is not a listing site. Quite the opposite in fact; we’re selective and we look at our portfolio as a curated collection as opposed to a subscription-based list. We’re a fully-integrated luxury hospitality company, who work with our clients to select and plan their trips, including the provision of full concierge services.

For our homeowners, we take care of all the details – building your page on our site, finding the guests through extensive online marketing, handling reservations and securing payments on your behalf. We also fully manage the daily communication with and questions from our guests before and after their stay. We make it very easy for you to do business with us!

Our guests keep coming back, again and again; we have a client return rate of over 83%. Our homeowners can always trust that we’ll bring the right type of guest to their exclusive and cherished property.

We don’t charge any subscription or listing fees to homeowners. For that matter, we don’t charge our guests any referral fees either. Our model is based on the principle that we provide the guests and you pay us the commission.

How does White Blancmange work with me and my guests?

Our Homeowner Experience Team will provide you with all the necessary tools for success. They are available to assist with any questions you may have and are eager to offer suggestions on how to maximize opportunities for your property.

Our team carefully match each guest with the destination and property that best fits their needs. When a guest selects your home, you simply confirm the availability and we do the rest. We coordinate all the paperwork in conjunction with you, and will secure guest payments to then transfer on to you. We keep you updated at every stage of the process and will ensure that you receive payment for each booking in advance of the travel date.

Guests are assigned a personal concierge, so all pre-arrival planning and communication is also managed by White Blancmange, with minimal support from yourself. We continue to stay in touch with our guests as they travel to your destination and during their stay. By working with White Blancmange, you can have peace of mind that your guests are being fully managed by us throughout, significantly freeing up your time and resources.

How does White Blancmange choose new properties?

We hold to a rigorous set of standards when evaluating a potential home. Only the finest properties are selected to be included within the exclusive White Blancmange Collection.

All properties under consideration are personally reviewed by a select team from White Blancmange who understand what our guests are looking for. After evaluation, we only accept properties that meet our high standards.
