Chapel Barn is the perfect place to bring together friends and family in a property that manages to be both intimate and spacious. The standout space is our renovated 15th century barn, which can be set both informally or in a more traditional banqueting style, designed to be completely flexible to the needs of our guests.

The ‘wow-factor’ doesn’t stop there. Off the main barn to the east is a beautifully laid out kitchen and dining room for 30. To the west is the relaxed drawing room, set in the Reserve’s signature cosy style.

Descend to your private entertainment area, complete with games room, cinema, fully-equipped gym, and indoor pool, to keep all the family diverted. Situated around the enclosed courtyard are the 14 bedrooms, each fitted to the highest standards with luxurious interiors, en suite bathrooms and underfloor heating throughout.

For those unforgettable events which deserve/demand a special touch, the Barn has been installed with a catering kitchen so you can wine and dine without worry.

For those looking for laid back luxury, this renovated 15th century barn has the ‘wow-factor’. Chapel Barn features floor-to-ceiling Crittall windows leading out onto an enclosed outdoor space, perfect for entertaining and outdoor dining. For those special occasions like weddings and corporate events, Chapel Barn features an underground playground featuring cinema, gym, and indoor pool.

Accommodation is built around the courtyard, with 12 Double/Twins en-suite bedrooms laid out around the three other sides of the courtyard, plus an additional bunk room with 4 full sized single beds. In one corner of the courtyard there is also a three story ‘Grain Silo’ Accessed by an external staircase, the top floor of which is a penthouse double bedroom with en-suite and ‘star gazing’ skylight. The ground and first floors will each have 4 full sized single bed bunks on each floor with their own bathrooms. We will also be renting the Tennis Pavilion together with Chapel Barn, which gives an additional 2 double beds with en-suites. All in all there are 15 double beds and a further 12 bunks in total.

The pool areas windows open out to another garden area off of which is Tennis Pavilion.
