Kinross House and its Estate are situated on the shores of Loch Leven near the east coast of Scotland. The House & Estate are available for exclusive-hire use for a range of events including gatherings, parties, corporate retreats, weddings and banquets. The Coach House & Spa on the Estate are also available for exclusive-hire with the House or can be rented separately.
The House is surrounded by 100 acres of parkland and beautifully restored gardens.
The Estate is situated 25 miles from Edinburgh Airport and 55 miles from Glasgow Airport.
Kinross House was built by Sir William Bruce in the 17th Century and was the first, and most important, neoclassical Palladian mansion built in Scotland. Loch Leven Castle, where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned and finally abdicated, can be seen from the House.
The Coach House on the Estate, built in 1680, was the original premises & pre-dates the main House. In 2011, the new owners began a wide-ranging renovation project on the House to restore the magnificent building to its former glory whilst providing modern capabilities throughout.
