The 3 floor villa offers 600 m2 of living space and 200 m2 of terraces and roof deck,on 1000 m2 of land. Fully landscaped garden including more than 70 palms, a pond with kois and a thai hut. Enjoy the luxury of 2 outside baths and 1 sauna, spacious terraces and several lounge and chill out areas.
It takes 25 minutes to drive to Ibiza Airport. Cala Tarida is in a sheltered bay on the west coast. The white sand is fine and clean and has a southerly aspect.The waters are clean and crystal clear over a sandy bottom and are shallow to quite a long way out. To the right hand side of the beach the water is deeper, and there are two satellite beaches, both with fine sand.
The nearest local beach club available is Cotton beach Club in Cala Tarida which is excellant.Fabulous food and service
A 5 minutes walk to Can Soleil where can witness the Time and Space the Speed of Light, 13 solid-basalt columns that rise, Stonehenge-like, over the cliffs, also some private parties.
