A Scandi style inspired Villa Lavender situated near the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis, a 5-minute car drive away. The natural flow of the villa goes out to the beautiful well planted garden which takes you back to nature, the abundance of lavender together with all the other well planted tree's makes this a breathtaking outdoor space to live in.
The swimming pool is at the bottom of the garden, and you can request this to be heated in the earlier months when the water has not quite warmed up.
The villa provides a very simple but clean approach with the owner using soft greys, and pale blue pallet colours. The use of modern and antique finishing’s has given this villa the luxury you require in a 5-bedroom property like this.
The villa is situated slightly on a hill top elevation so you get a lovely wind in the very hot season. This villa also provides a very secluded location giving total privacy, no immediate neighbours.
For those wanting more there is a trampoline at the top of the garden around the lemon trees and a table tennis table outside of the BBQ area.
