The village is located on the South West of the island with many of the best and most beautiful beaches a short drive away.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one is outdoor. Some of the bedrooms can be either twins or doubles enabling both families and groups of friends to have a comfortable stay.
The kitchen, living room and dining area have an open plan designer furniture, dining table, 2 x corner sofas and chairs. There is also a 40-inch LCD flat screen satellite TV.
The property has a large private infinity pool with 10 sun-loungers, parasols and a shaded area with dining for 10 people.The views are of the country side and the property is very private.
Ibiza town is an 8km-drive from Casa Minimal, the famous beach Cala Jondal is only a 5-minute drive (Blue Marlin and Tropicana beach clubs), 10 minutes to Salinas beach and 10 minutes drive from the airport.
