All rooms on the ground floor can access the wrap-around external terrace via individual double French windows. The kitchen is professionally equipped and includes a casual dining area.

​The kitchen leads onto a formal dining room which, in turn, accesses the loggia and the formal drawing room. The drawing room, the adjacent living room and the loggia enjoy the expansive views over Lake Como.

​From the loggia there are stairs down to the impressively large yoga room and gym which has been carved out of the cliff-face and provides a jaw-dropping panorama of the lake from its three arched windows. There are also shower and steam room facilities.

​To the rear of the house is the beautifully appointed study/library.

​All rooms at Villa benefit from underfloor heating for the winter months and enjoy the most up to date wiring to facilitate fast wi-fi and entertainment systems. Both the living room and the study have large digital televisions which can also be found on the games floor and in the pool house.

​Al-fresco dining is provided at three locations: under a pergola on the main terrace overlooking the lake; down at the poolside; and also at the rear of the house overlooking the gardens. Off the main terrace there is also a hidden “bastion” garden and fire-pit seating area which provides a wonderful viewing spot for pre-dinner drinks, or perhaps a barbecue.

​The pool house is also a delightful retreat from the heat of the sun. It has a full kitchen, a central island, a seating area with these enormous views and seems to “float” over the pool when the sliding screens are folded away. Attached to the heated swimming pool is a jacuzzi, the perfect location to end the perfect day.

The first level master suite features two private balconies accessed from the bedroom and en-suite dressing room and bathroom. This suite enjoys dramatic lake views to the south and sunset views to the west.

The second floor mirrors the configuration found on the first floor. Again, each of the bedrooms enjoy picturesque lake views from their own private balconies.

This opulent open space provides a number of different entertainment areas, zoned for everybody’s comfort. There are 2 large seating areas for enjoying the multitude of entertainment possibilities available, including International cable TV/Apple TV, projector, music and games system and board games. Additionally there is a pool table, kitchenette and two private roof terraces providing glorious views over Lake Como. The roof terrace bar is the perfect spot to take in the fading light as the sky changes to ink and the lake changes to silver. The 9th bedroom suite is also located on this floor.

A modern addition to Villa; the pool house appears to float over the pool and sits in a prime position with sweeping views over the towering mountains and azure waters of Lake Como. With the walls folded back, take in the spectacular views from the comfort of the oversized sofas inside the pool house with a drink in hand. Or relax on a sun-lounger on the expansive pool terrace, the dining deck or simply soak in the jacuzzi. With full services, including a chef’s kitchen in the pool house, you can comfortably while away the day without having to leave the pool area.
