At Son Bunyola, each villa has their own unique style and character and are guaranteed to be a relaxing and special location throughout your stay. Sa Terra Rotja with 4 bedrooms, Sa Punta de S’Aguila with 5 bedrooms and the new villa Son Balagueret with 4 bedrooms, can all be hired exclusively.
Literally translating as ‘red earth’, this four-bedroom villa is situated near the edge of the Estate and a 20 minute walk from a pebble beach. Sa Terra Rotja also has a private heated swimming pool (15 x 5.5 metres) and plenty of space on the terrace for sunbathing. This villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults in 4 en-suite bedrooms making it the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
A modern, honey stonework finca with traditional blue shutters and Mediterranean-style roof tiles. Inside, there are exposed wooden ceiling-beams and terracotta-tiled floors throughout, with lightly coloured walls. The living room has a fireplace that extends onto the terrace, and direct access to the lounge terrace through a set of double doors. The fully equipped kitchen, there’s a central island, eggshell-coloured cabinets, black-marble surfaces, and a walk-in cupboard. The kitchen also has direct access to the the shaded outdoor dining area.

- Bedroom 3 - 52m2, on the lower level, has a private terrace with sea views and a private lounge area with a sofa bed, desk and space for a rollaway bed. This room can be arranged with a king-size bed or twins. It also has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub
- Bedroom 4 - 50m2, on the upper level, has a private terrace with countryside views, either a king-size bed or twins, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower
