The 5 suites all have en suite bathrooms and are all designed in a modern minimalist style, each one of them with special features, which can be sunken private, outdoor bath, outdoor shower or private terrace.

The location is perfect for groups who wish to be close to the south and south west coast and enjoy the most popular beaches of Ibiza. Villa Zen is only a 5-minute drive from San Antonio and also a 10-minute drive from Ibiza town.
The main house is very large, airy and light with huge window-walls and sliding doors opening out to the large pool area and garden. Clean architectural lines and carefully selected designer furniture.
On the 1st floor and accessed from the main entrance is the master suite of Villa Zen. This is the only bedroom accessed from the main area and it has a king-sized bed, sea views and also of the sun-set, 2 walk in closets, a shower and a WC. Flat screen TV & DVD player.
A state-of-the-art staircase takes you down to the ground floor which has a stylish dining area, sofas, DJ decks, guest WC and access to the kitchen. The kitchen can be open or closed off for privacy and it has plenty of storage and space as-well as all facilities one would need.
From the ground floor you access the garden and the amazing swimming-pool area. Two more rooms are joined to the main building but accessed from the outside; The second Master Suite is located on the side of the property also overlooking the garden. This is a lovely room with sunken bath and beautiful furniture. Walk-in closet and WC.
There is also a slightly smaller double bedroom on the other side of the main house with a little private terrace, en suite bathroom and WC. The last two bedrooms are located in the upper garden by the entrance; The first bedroom is large and has a private patio with sunken bath, table & chairs. En suite shower & WC. The second bedroom is slightly smaller and has also a private patio with outdoor shower, table & chairs.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, DVD player and Air Conditioning.
Villa Zen offers a stunning and well laid out exotic garden of 700m2 and polished cement terraces. The gardens and outdoor areas are kept immaculate and create a real oasis feel to the property. The swimming pool is 20 metres long with LED lighting in various colours - amazing! The pool is surrounded by stylish daybeds & parasols and there is a large covered chill-out area and dining area which overlooks the pool and gardens.
