This beautifully furnished apartment is located in a luxury building over the shore of Lake St.Moritz. Only 100 metres away you find yourself in the centre of town offering a large variety of shops, restaurants, clubs and the ski slopes. The private airport Samedan is a 10 minute drive away.The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has direct access to a garden terrace. The contemporary and monochrome design and creative lighting make it a very special holiday stay.The living room offers many different seating areas with an area for TV viewing but also savouring the stunning view of the mountains and lake. The open dining area and fully equipped kitchen with bar adjoin to the living room. Three bedrooms offer space for six guests and all have en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with a hot tub. There is a spa area with whirlpool, sauna and massage room, which helps you relax after a great day of skiing or hiking. For the bad weather days there is a cross-trainer, bike and a weight machine that keep you in shape. There is also a single staff bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Located just 100 meters off the main shopping street of St. Moritz, the apartment building finds itself in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery and Lake St. Moritz. A private driveway lea- ding away from the main street to the house, provides perfect privacy while staying in the centre of the action.
The Corviglia ski area can easily be reached via the Chantarella funicular, only about 7 minutes walking distance from the Apartment. Public transport is included in the ski pass ticket and runs directly outside the property at the main street.
Numerous high end boutiques, gourmet restaurants and nightlife spots are found only a stone’s throw away.
