Elixir is a grand chalet of 717m ² close to the centre. Interior designer Jean-Marc Mouchet signs this jewel of design and elegance. The chalet offers an extraordinary relaxation and well-being area. Walk along the large air-conditioned wine cellar to reach a fabulous wellness area. Right, a jacuzzi with a harmonious and original frame with a mountain range in wall decoration. Facing you, a sumptuous swimming pool of 12 meters. Two magnificent chandeliers overlook it. On each side of the pool, stairs lead you to the lounge area and to the gym. The original touch: the lounge and gym "levitate" above the pool. The sitting area is open to the rest of the room and stands out with a part of the floor transparent, allowing you to see the pool that is under your feet. You can also change the colour of the LEDs of the pool to change the mood. The gym has a large bay window allowing you to have a view of the pool and the living room in front. On your left, you will find a trendy bar with orange lights and a high-end sound system for a perfectly diffused sound throughout the relaxation area. There is also a steam room, a sauna, an Italian shower with stones and a massage room. The area dedicated to massages is a most: heating table, Zen atmosphere, sound and lights with dimmer ... The first floor is dedicated to the bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom. On your left, a very pampering children's room with cozy beds, a soft light, a television and a shower room. In each room, you'll find an Apple TV and Netflix to enjoy a multitude of movies, series and personalised suggestions to your liking. We find an authentic Savoyard footprint through many details in the chalet, including the dressings.

The spacious rooms have beautiful headboards and a design that subtly evokes the authenticity of a mountain chalet. All suites of the chalet offer the best of luxury real estate: King size beds, ultra design bells, beautiful curtains, paintings of wild animals, very large dressing rooms, baths with TV, natural white light and very soft, many storage, high-end materials and natural (marble, wood, leather ...).

On the second floor, a trendy bar area where to have a drink with friends, with high table, stools and design suspensions, in line with the modern kitchen. A large living room with large cozy armchairs and a beautiful contemporary fireplace under the television, open to the dining area where you can dine with your loved ones on a very large table with clean lines. You can admire one of the most beautiful views of the valley through the large windows or directly from the balcony.

The top floor is dedicated to the sublime Master bedroom. This intimate room stands out from the others especially because of its large space and its breathtaking view.
