Chalet Hectar

Chalet Hectar is located located next to the ski lifts of the Brevent ski area above the buzzing town centre of Chamonix, overlooking the dramatic peaks of the Mount Blanc chain and provides exclusive accommodation for groups of 8-10 guests.

Chalet Hectar built to a very high standard,offers 4 en suite bedrooms with a charming alpine feel. The decor of is alpine with a sophisticated touch, incorporating beautiful fabrics with rustic wood finished with modern fittings and details.

There is also a sauna, a large furnished sun-terrace with stunning views, a double carport, ski-room and the chalet has a cosy yet modern Alpine decor throughout.

With a beautiful open plan kitchen and living room with large windows, offering stunning views of the mountains and the centre of Chamonix. The living room has a cosy sofa area with a fireplace and sliding doors opening onto the large furnished sun-terrace.

Upstairs from the kitchen and living room are 2 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms.

The first bedroom is a double room which has a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate WC and access out to the balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The next door bedroom is slightly smaller with 2 single beds can be made up as a double and an en suite shower-room and WC.

Below the living room, on ground level, are 2 further bedrooms.

Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet and sliding doors opening out to the outside area. Next door is a Suite with double bed, a single bed and a small sofa area with en suite shower room and WC. Sliding doors opening out to the outside area.

There is also a sauna with shower room and separate WC on this level. There is a small utility room on this floor with washing machine.

Accessed from the entrance hall is a separate Suite with a single bed and a loft with a double bed with en suite shower room with WC.

The sun terrace runs along the whole building and is furnished with day beds, a chill out area and a large parasol.

There is a double carport and an equipment/ski-room on the ground level. The driveway is heated and the chalet is accessed via a private road which joins up with the car park of the ski lifts of Le Brevent.
