La Ferme du Bois is one of the oldest farmhouses in Chamonix and also one of the valley′s most stunning properties. It is situated in the picturesque village of Les Bois - a very sought after area in Chamonix.
The master suite, located on the ground floor is approximately 18m2 and has an ensuite bathroom and a spacious feel. The slightly smaller guest master suite is approximately 15m2 and has access to the back garden. Next to this is a smaller double bedroom, these two bedrooms share a shower room. The fourth bedroom is rustic and has an ensuite bathroom and windows facing the back garden. All bedrooms have a rustic, warm and antique feel with comfortable beds, all of which can be either twins or doubles.
Upstairs lies the dining room with seating for up to 12 people. This space is decorated with antique furniture and historic details in every corner. The kitchen is separate and has all necessary facilities.
Half a step up from the dining area is the vast and beautiful living room with high-beamed ceiling, panoramic windows and a huge granite fireplace. There is also a small library and snug with children′s toys and a flatscreen TV on a separate level, this spacious living area is special, cozy and authentic! Next to the living room is the 5th bedroom with its bathroom ensuite. Also accessed from the living area is the sun terrace with views of both Le Dru and the Mont Blanc massif. Next to the terrace is the outdoor hot tub.
This chalet can be sold either on a catered or self catered basis, winter or summer.
