Chalet Serena has been designed and built to meet the needs of the more discerning alpine visitor and is ideal for families, groups of friends or small corporate events. The Chamonix valley is consistently rated as one of the top ten ski areas in the world and a must by all ski enthusiasts.
Chalet Serena has a living area of 550m2, sleeping up to fourteen guests plus three additional infants in cots. It is located in an exclusive private enclave on the south facing side of the valley, directly opposite the majestic Mont Blanc and only a short drive from the town centre and three minutes from the nearest pistes. The chalet is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, combining modern living with comfort and maximum attention to capturing the beauty of its stunning natural setting.
All seven bedrooms are south-facing with a large picture windows leading onto a balcony. Each has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with double ended bath and shower. Like the bedrooms they have been professionally designed to capture the essence of each of the seven continents around which they are themed. All rooms have flat screen televisions, DVD player, direct dial telephones and internet access.
Newly built for summer 2014 the owners have introduced an outdoor swimming pool, spa area and cinema room.
This chalet can be sold either on a catered or self catered basis winter or summer.
