An internal staircase leads down to the main entrance and stairwell of the property. The lift leads to the underground parking where the property has one parking space. The shared ski locker is located on the lower ground floor and then the property has a shared laundry facility.
The apartment normally has a shared driver service between 8.30am and 1.00am if sold on a fully catered basis. The apartment is sold on either a catered or self-catered basis.
